Fishawn Charter's Refund Policy

Fishawn Charters is committed to complete customer satisfaction. We realize that your plans can change and this understanding is reflected in our refund policy.

Our refund policy at Fishawn Charters is as follows;

• 100% refund if your trip is cancelled due to foul weather or circumstances which may put at risk the safety of our passengers as determined by Fishawn Charters or its representatives.
• 100% refund if your trip is cancelled by the charter passenger's representative a minimum of 14 days prior to the scheduled trip date. You will be issued a Cancellation Number at the time of cancellation, and a refund will be issued by company check within 5 days. (The reason for this is to give us ample time to rebook the Vessel)
• 0% if your trip cancelled by the charter passenger's representative less than 14 days prior to the scheduled trip date or if the charter passengers are a no show on the date of the charter.

On-Time Arrival
As a courtesy to all of our guests, We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure to begin the embarkation process, and to help ensure a timely departure. This is important as many passengers have other scheduled events after the charter)

Courtesy to Other Passengers
Aberrant or abrasive behavior is not tolerated and will cause termination of your trip with the forfeiture of all monies paid. (This has happened just once in twelve years of operation).
